Welcome to Lifestyle for Life ("L4L"), a division of Lifestyle4life (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/814704/07, based in South Africa. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern the use of L4L's subscription service, which provides access to discounted accommodation, flights and car rental benefits. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "L4L", "we", "us", "our" refers to Lifestyle4Life, a division of Lifestyle4Life (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/814704/07.
  • "Service" refers to L4L's subscription service, which provides access to discounted accommodation, flights and car rental benefits.
  • "Client", "user", "you", "your" refers to a person or entity that uses L4L's service.
  • "Subscription fee" refers to the annual fee for accessing the service, which is currently either a Gold package for R3600 (Three thousand six hundred ZAR) and/or a Platinum package for R6900 (Six thousand nine hundred ZAR) and/or a Diamond (Corporate) package for R8950 (Eight thousand nine hundred and fifty ZAR).
  • "POPIA" refers to the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with security, upload harmful content, or copy materials without permission.

2. Subscription Service

2.1. L4L provides a subscription service which allows clients access to discounted accommodation, flights and car rental benefits.

2.2. To subscribe to the Service, you will be required to pay the subscription fee of the package that most suits your individual or corporate requirements;

2.3. L4L reserves the right to change the fees for the Service at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you via email and will take effect on your next subscription.

3. Products, Services & Online Transactions

Products, services, pricing, and availability may change without notice. By making a booking or purchase, you confirm all information is accurate. We may refuse service in cases of fraud, incorrect pricing, or non-payment.

4. Payments, Security and Billing

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Lifestyle4Life does not store card details and is not responsible for third‑party downtime or errors.

4.1. Payment for the subscription fee must be made in advance.

4.2. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card.

4.3. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Service, including any applicable taxes.

4.4. L4L reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if any payment is overdue.

4.5. You acknowledge and agree that no fees are payable to employees, agents or any other stakeholders of L4L. L4L will not be held liable for payment made to any of the aforementioned.

4.6. We are not responsible for third‑party website content, security, or accuracy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time.

5.2. If you cancel your subscription, your benefits will stop immediately.

5.3. If you are not happy with the Service, you may request a full refund in writing within 14 days of subscribing.

5.4. Should subscription be cancelled during the course of the annual subscription or post the 14 day trial period, an administration fee of R1500 (One thousand five hundred ZAR) will apply, and the balance of the subscription fee paid will be refunded to you pro-rata based on the remainder of the year subscribed to.

5.5. Please note that the pro-rata amount will be calculated on months. Thus, any portion of a month will be considered a full calendar month.

6. Restrictions

6.1. You agree to use the Service for personal and non-commercial use only, unless the allowance is made on the subscription package purchased.

6.2. You agree not use the services provided by L4L for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6.3. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

6.4. You agree to not resell, transfer, or assign the services provided by L4L to any third party.

6.5. You agree not to resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service.

6.6. You agree that you shall not share your account information with any third party.

6.7. L4L reserves the right to cancel a subscription or deny access to its benefits if a client is found to be in violation of these restrictions.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1. L4L makes no representations or warranties regarding the Service, and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

7.2. L4L will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the service.

7.3. L4L's liability for any damages will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for L4L's subscription service.

7.4. L4L provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. L4L makes no guarantees or representations as to the availability or quality of any accommodation, flight and car rental facilities offered by third-party providers.

7.5. L4L does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party products or services that may be advertised or promoted through its services.

7.6. L4L shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of the use of any accommodation, flights and car rentals offered by third-party providers.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. L4L shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials ("Force Majeure Event").

8.2. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, L4L shall have the right to terminate or suspend the services provided to the customer without any liability to the customer.

9. Privacy

9.1. L4L respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data and shall take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy of its customers.

9.2. The Company shall handle client information in accordance with its privacy policy.

9.3. The client shall have the right to access and correct their personal information held by L4L.

9.4. L4L is committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act ("POPIA") and shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its customers.

9.5. By subscribing to L4L's services, the customer consents to L4L processing their personal information for the purposes of providing the services.

10. Intellectual Rights

10.1. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the service are owned by the Company.

10.2. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyright and trademarks, are owned by L4L or its licensors.

10.3. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any of the intellectual property rights in the Service without the prior written consent of L4L.

10.4. All content, branding, images, text, and digital materials belong to Lifestyle4Life. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by South African law. The courts of the Republic of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing limits consumer rights under the CPA.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.

13. General Compliance

13.1. The customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the use of L4L's services.

13.2. The customer shall not use L4L's services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

14. Complaints and Query Escalation

Upon receipt of your complaint or query, we will endeavour to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, please escalate the matter to our customer service manager by emailing execs@lifestyleforlife.co.za.

If your complaint or query remains unresolved, you have the right to refer the matter to the Ombudsman for Consumer Goods and Services or any other regulatory body that may be applicable.

We take all complaints and queries seriously and will handle them in a timely and efficient manner.

Please note that any abusive or threatening language directed towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your subscription without refund.

All communication relating to complaints or queries will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
